  1. He starts his day with a breakfast of Oats and eggs.
  2. His  second meal consists of fresh fruits and a protein bar
  3.  Toni’s pre-workout meal is chicken breast with rice and broccoli.
  4. Meal number 4 is a protein shake.
  5. Atlas in dinner he had steak and sweet potatoes.

  4. Bicep
  5. Back and legs.
