Born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil, Eva Andressa is a fitness athlete and model turned global fitness icon who is also a social media personality. Not only that, this superwoman has many fitness accolades under her name. And she also worked as a TV presenter who hosted her show named Dica Fitness in 2015 where she talks to different athletes and their nutritional voyage .

During her teenage, Eva looks extremely thin and skinny which shows her a lot younger than she was. She wasn’t proud of the way she looks and that embracement was enough to motivate Eva. After that Eva spends much of her time in the gym working out, gaining bulky muscle and an athletic figure.

Eve Andressa doesn’t follow a specific training regime rather she perform aerobic exercises daily and every session of her is about 40 minutes.

Eva Andressa’s diet plan consists of 6 to 7 meals that she eats after every 2 to 3 hours. Eve says that her first four meals contain proteins and carbohydrates while she preferred to eat proteins at the end of the day.
