Born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil, Eva Andressa is a fitness athlete and model turned global fitness icon who is also a social media personality. Not only that, this superwoman has many fitness accolades under her name. And she also worked as a TV presenter who hosted her show named Dica Fitness in 2015 where she talks to different athletes and their nutritional voyage [1].

During her teenage, Eva looks extremely thin and skinny which shows her a lot younger than she was. She wasn’t proud of the way she looks and that embracement was enough to motivate Eva. After that Eva spends much of her time in the gym working out, gaining bulky muscle and an athletic figure.

She meets her soulmate on her fitness journey. Jarden Barros also belonged to athletics and he gave Eva all the necessary training and information to transform her body image.

Eve Andressa doesn’t follow a specific training regime rather she perform aerobic exercises daily and every session of her is about 40 minutes.

Eva Andressa’s diet plan consists of 6 to 7 meals that she eats after every 2 to 3 hours. Eve says that her first four meals contain proteins and carbohydrates while she preferred to eat proteins at the end of the day.

Breakfast Meal

Holder of 2006 NABBA Brazil, Figure championship takes 2 tbsp of liquified protein and 2.5 tbsp of oatmeal in the morning.

Mid-Morning Meal

For the mid-morning meal, Eva adds vegetables in a bowl with 100 gm of chicken and 3 tbsp of whole wheat pasta.

Lunch Meal

For lunch, Eva takes 2 tbsp of protein and 3 tbsp of oatmeal [2].

Mid-Evening Meal

Tuna with 2.4 gm graham toast, that’s Eva takes before dinner.

Dinner Meal

For dinner, Eva has veggies with 10 gm grilled chicken breast [3].

MidNight Meal

Holder of 3rd position of IBBF 2009 Peru, South American Body Championship takes 5 omelets after some hours of dinner.

Supplements

Eva ends her day with whey protein along with glutamine supplements.
