She was born on January 10, 2001, in San Diego, USA. Afterward, in 2014, she suffered an unfortunate accident in which she got her backbone broken. She stayed paralyzed for three months with a fear of not being able to walk again. But she fought her disabilities and bounced back stronger than ever. Later, she emerged as a dominant bodybuilder, CrossFit athlete, and fitness trainer. By now, she has a fan following of 2.6 million people on Instagram and stands on the list of inspiring social media influencers. Once, she won the title of the world’s toughest teen. (1)

At a minimal age of 20, she acquires excellent strength and perfect physiques. She has an approximate weight of 52.2kg and a height of 150cm. Pre-Breakfast

Before her breakfast, she drinks water mixed with green superfood powder (about a spoon to a glass full of water).

Breakfast

She might have two eggs’ omelet with three healthy gluten-free vegan banana pancakes. Sometimes she replaces pancakes with sweet potato hash and chicken sausages.

Lunch

For lunch, she goes for Grilled chicken, broccoli, and white rice. For the sake of change in menu sometimes she eats Diced turkey, coconut gravy, and white rice with Swiss chard.

Dinner

A few days in the week she takes Chicken thighs, kale salad, and cauliflower with sweet potatoes. Other days she goes with meatballs, broccoli, and white rice with kale.

During her workout, she eats protein bars or a few chunks of min dark chocolate.

Demi always eats healthy because being a fitness sensation requires her to work out hard, for which she needs balanced nutrition to maintain her fitness. She does not restrict herself to a specific food but likes to enjoy different tastes of life. She needs to regulate her body fat, physiques, and many more factors involved in the fitness industry.
