GOT7’s one of the youngest members, BamBam does not follow any restricted diet. Despite being just 24 years old, this 5 foot 10-inch Thai-based singer has garnered everyone’s attention due to his fitness and handsome features. Can you believe BamBam’s weight is only 60 kgs? Well, Neither can we! (Don’t worry! We will tell you everything about the salient features of his diet and routine.)
BamBam has always been very open about his plans and routine. He is very thoughtful and has an ESTJ personality(i.e., Extraverted, Observant, Thinking, and Judging. Such people are never impulsive and always make sensible judgments.) According to other GOT7 members, BamBam eccentricity brings energy to the group.
His attractiveness has made people think about the most popular question: Did BamBam get plastic surgery? However, BamBam’s pre-debut pictures prove that he has done nothing to change his appearance.
Does BamBam go to the gym?
BamBam confessed that he never goes to the gym to exercise!
In one section of an interview, he was made to run on a treadmill while answering questions. He was tired shortly and had to step off of the machine, which proves he is not a gym lover.
BamBam’s infamous diet
BamBam loves food. No matter what it is; you name it, he has had it. Except for fish, BamBam (surprisingly) has a strong dislike for fish (We are, however, doubtful for the authenticity of the sources that claim this.)
BamBam’s favorite foods are:
- Cheeseburgers
- Tom yum kung
It’s an authentic shrimp-based Thai soup that is spicy, sour, and highly addictive. It is one of the healthiest Thai foods which contains only 156 calories! It takes about 30 minutes to prepare this dish.
- Ramen
- Meaty dishes
- Durian
This smelly fruit is so nutritious that its 2 to 3 seeds are enough to consume in a day. It is rich in iron, potassium, and vitamin C that strengthens muscles, and improves skin health. (Take notes, everyone!)
BamBam prefers to have different soups included every day in his diet. Since soups are highly nutritious and filling, BamBam gets his energy to perform for extended periods by this food item.
Out of all the cuisines, BamBam’s love for Thai food is no secret. Since Thai cuisines are mainly based on lean proteins, veggies, and fresh herbs, you can consider this type of food to be good for your health.
Fun fact: BamBam loves to have spicy food now and then.

Affinity for dancing
BamBam loves dancing. He practices hours on end every day to keep himself flexible and active. In an interview, GOT7’s BamBam ate an old popcorn after twirling 3 times without any effort!
His love for sports
Swimming and playing badminton are the top two favorite sports of BamBam. Both of these sports engage your whole body, and if played regularly, can help you stay fit and healthy.
Moderation is the key
BamBam eats everything he loves but in moderation. He does not overconsume at any cost to avoid gaining weight.
